At Cookvera, we aim to provide high quality products and reliable service. Please review our return and refund conditions below.

Return Procedure

The return process is as follows:

  • Contact customer support via email
  • Provide your order number
  • Submit photos of the product
  • Customer service reviews the request
  • Return instructions will be provided
  • The customer ships the item back
  • The returned item is inspected
  • Refund is processed if the return is approved

Please do not return items without receiving return authorization from our customer support team.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Product was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item was received

Returns for non-quality related reasons are not accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For defective items, shipping damage, or incorrect products, Cookvera will cover the return shipping cost or provide a suitable resolution.

Returns not related to product defects are not accepted.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

If the payment was processed through Shopify Payments, the refund will be issued through the same payment channel.

Refund Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

After the refund is issued, financial institutions usually require 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in the customer’s account.

Order Cancellation Fees

If an order has already been processed and payment has been completed, certain third-party payment processing fees or banking fees may not be refundable.

These fees are charged by payment providers or financial institutions rather than the merchant.

Shipping Damage Reporting

If a product arrives damaged during transportation, customers must contact customer support within 72 hours after the package is marked as delivered.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Your order number

This information is required to process shipping damage claims.
